City Council hears plan to reopen Chapman

City Pool opening now in question

The Chapman City Council held their regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13 in the banquet room of the Indian Hill Golf course. For the second month the meeting was held at Indian Hill in deference to state COVID-19 guidelines.

The meeting was streamed to the public via Facebook Live.

Chief among the items discussed were plans on how to safely proceed with reopening many of the city functions in accordance with Governor Kelly’s multi-phase Ad Astra: Plan to Reopen Kansas.
