The first COVID-19 vaccine rolled out across the country last week. Kansas received 24,000 doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine Dec. 14 and 15 and healthcare workers, including those in Dickinson County, lined up to get theirs.
The Angel Tree at the Hope Schools provided gifts for seven families this Christmas season. The activity was organized by school counselor Erika Cook, who noted the generosity of community residents meant that 14 children were able to have a Merry Christmas this year. (Courtesy Photo)
