Like many things this year, the Herington High School fall awards were presented virtually. For those who missed the presentation, here are the letter winners for the 2020 HHS volleyball and football programs.
Meghan Brockmeier, a senior at Hope High School, recently signed her National Letter of Intent to play volleyball at Bethel College of Newton. She plans to major in elementary education. Brockmeier finished her high school career with an overall record of 129-33, including two Wheat State League titles and a state runner-up finish for the Rural Vista Heat. HOPE — The Rural Vista girls’ basketball team opened the season with a 61-42 victory over Canton-Galva Friday night. The home opener was played in the Hope Schools main gym.
